Through the IMAGINE FOUNDATION, we run various outreach projects. We’ve been able to be a part of lives being changed through meeting the desperate needs of so many people.
Serve Day is a dedicated day where members of Imagine Church all have the opportunity to join an outreach project and go into the community and shine the light of Jesus by serving our world.

Registrations are now open for Serve Day! We’re gearing up to go out into the community to make a real difference, and YOU get to be part of this life-changing day.
How to prepare for Serve Day

Register for the Serve Day project of your choice using the Church Center App. To download the App, scan the QR code or click the download button with your smartphone and follow the simple instructions. Space is limited and participation is only open to active attendees of Imagine Church. Registrations close Mon 6 July @12pm.
Times for Serve Day
7:00am: Arrival at Imagine Church
7:15am: Check-in with tea and coffee
8:00am: Prayer in main auditorium
8:15am: Project specific huddles
8:30am: Leave for off-campus projects
*Approximate end times – project dependant
12pm – 1pm: End on-campus projects with celebration
2pm – 3pm: End off-campus projects with celebration
Please Note:
No new registrations will be accepted on the day, and no transport is provided for off-campus projects. If you do intend on bringing your kids to Serve Day, please register them for the same project location as yourselves.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What to bring on Serve Day?
Depending on which Serve Day project you choose, you may need sunscreen, drinking water, snacks, comfortable shoes and a hat. Work clothes are a good idea where physical labour is required, and we do not recommend wearing jewellery. A new Serve Day shirt will be provided at check-in on the day.
2. What do I do with my kids?
Pick a project that both you and your kids can take part in (please be sure to register them). Parental supervision is required for all projects both on- and off-campus and parents are always fully responsible for their own child.
3. Can I swop projects once registered?
Absolutely! If you are already registered for a project but want to do another project due to a change in circumstances, please email us at serveday@imaginechurch.co.za and we will gladly change your Registration (granted there is still availability for the new project chosen).
4. Registered, but can no longer attend Serve Day?
Please let us know if you will not be attending Serve Day due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to limited space available for each project, we want to ensure there are enough hands for the task and to give everyone the opportunity to be involved on this life-changing day.
